This year’s calendar is a celebration of the seasons during our first year transforming neglected acres in acres in the Wisconsin woods into our dream homestead, wildlife haven and creative sanctuary. These twelve paintings represent some of the daily delights that inspired my art and my ever-deepening awareness of nature’s magic. From a seed-grown dahlia tended on the deck as we moved to an imagined garden conjured during the winter blues to Jack in the Pulpit flowers discovered in the spring woods… each illustration is part of a larger story of a lifelong dream becoming a reality. My hope is that these paintings will be a reminder for you to keep paying attention to the wonders of our remarkable world and to keep dreaming your beautiful dreams.
