Loving Healing Creating -- An Invitation

A couple weeks ago I mentioned that I’m one of the presenters at the Loving Healing Creating Summit. And now the summit is about to begin!

The “live” summit runs for 13 days, from February 2 through February 14.

It’s not really live. You don’t need to show up anywhere at any particular time. All of the interviews and demonstrations have been pre-recorded and each session will be available to access free online anytime for three days.

The intention behind the summit is to encourage healing through creativity and the sessions share many ways of doing this: journaling, breath work, meditation, art, music...

Each of the 29 presenters has a free gift for attendees to claim after the session, too. And for those of you on Facebook there’s a private group in which to nurture creativity and build community.

My process of observing a subject and mixing paint is how all of my botanical paintings start. It brings me so much joy (I often say it’s my favorite part). It is a meditation, forcing me to slow down, to be fully present and connecting me with nature.

It’s what I’m teaching in my session. My interview and demo go live on February 12.
