Watercolor Jade Plant in a Clay Pot Fine Art Print

Watercolor Jade Plant in a Clay Pot Fine Art Print

from 16.00

This archival fine art print reproduces my original painting of a jade plant in a clay pot.

Do you look for joy in the ordinary? There aren't many houseplants more ordinary than a jade plant. Do you grow one?

Being so common, jade plants are often overlooked. Not as flashy as other succulents some people might find them boring. And yet, there's something special about them. There's joy in the ordinary. They are cheerful and sweet. Easy to grow. They'll be with you for the long haul.

There's magic in even the most ordinary of plants. Even the most common plant has its charms.

Framed and hung on your wall this painting will whisper a reminder to look for beauty and joy in the ordinary.

I take great care with the whole print-making process, from scanning the image to resizing it to checking the colors and printing test prints, it's a long process that yields a beautiful result. The velvet fine art paper is textured and matte made from 100% cotton fibers. The texture is somewhere between that of cold pressed and hot pressed watercolor paper, a little less tooth than the former and a little more tooth than the latter. It reproduces my paintings beautifully.

The prints measure 4 inches by 6 inches, 5 inches by 7 inches (not pictured) or 8 inches by 10 inches.

I sign the front of each print with my initials (just as I do my paintings).

Every order is lovingly gift wrapped with a handwritten note. You can see examples in the last photo.

Note: Image copyright and reproduction rights are not included with the print.

Print is unframed and not matted.
